Rosie Bartlett founded Mindseye Training and Consulting in 2015 with a mission to help workplaces support the mental well-being of their people.
Ranked one of the top 5 instructors in Australia based on participant feedback, she is a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor with over 19 years’ experience training in Mental Health First Aid, suicide prevention, resilience training, and other mental health and drug and alcohol programs.
Rosie has a warm and engaging training style, which brings a touch of humour to create psychologically fun courses that leave an impact on participants.

Fairlie Morgan

Fairlie is a clinically trained Consultant Psychologist, with nearly 30 years of industry experience. She is also a Principal Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, and a Mental Fitness Trainer. She has a passion for collaborating in creating mentally healthy workplaces, and has a focus on building Mental Fitness within individuals, teams, and organisations.
Fairlie has also provided training and services into a diverse range of workforces, including the Emergency Services sector, retail and hospitality, Local Councils, State Department services, healthcare and medical services, corporate organisations (such as insurance providers), and construction and transport services.

Andris Banders

Andris specialises in consulting and the development of training programs in response to clients requirements.
His extensive mental health experience includes:
- Former member of the SA Health and Wellbeing Departments Ministerial Community Advisory Group on Mental Health in South Australia
- TAFE SA lecturer in the areas of mental health, substance misuse and comorbidity
- Facilitator of large public consultations and forums seeking to address major issues
- Contributing to the development of a range of systems supporting people’s needs
He also has experience in private and government sectors at business development, management and director levels working with and reporting to boards of management.
Andris deep knowledge of the NGO sector in service development and management as well as policy and advocacy in the health and welfare sectors.
Andris operates on and applies the belief that all good work and outcomes by training and consulting enterprises start by ‘talking with’ and not ‘talking to’ the client.

Linny is an accomplished facilitator with a background in business, psychology, and change management.
She is an expert in facilitating behavioural change and skill development for stakeholder engagement across organisations and has extensive background in facilitation/program design for mental health education, interpersonal competency and leadership development.
Linny has a talent for partnering with organisations to provide needs-based interventions that assist promoting change and assisting for key strategic outcomes.
With a passion for learning, creativity and change, Linny brings clinical knowledge to helping people find meaning and managing times of adversity and personal challenges.
Linny holds a Bachelor of Counselling (AIPC), Post grad certificate in change management (Syd/NSW University) Professional Certification in Counselling (Syd University) and is a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Facilitator.

Kerrilee is a highly experienced Counsellor, Social Worker and Teacher with more than 15 years supporting children, young people and families through a diverse range of challenges. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of the pressures individuals face and a belief in the power of holistic, person-centred care.
Over the years, Kerrilee has witnessed the transformative benefits of integrating body-based practices such as yoga and mindfulness with evidence-based counselling. This approach allows her to guide clients through a more comprehensive and empowering journey toward healing, resilience and emotional balance.
Motivated by her own personal wellbeing journey, Kerrilee is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients can reconnect with themselves, build inner strength and discover sustainable pathways to mental and emotional wellness.
Her practice reflects a genuine commitment to helping people feel seen, supported and capable of finding their own path to balance.

Passionate about creating psychologically safe and supportive workplaces, Di specialises in helping individuals and teams recognise, understand and respond to mental health challenges with confidence and compassion.
Based in Adelaide, she brings a practical, engaging approach that empowers people to build resilience, strengthen communication and contribute to healthier workplace cultures. Her work focuses on providing organisations with the tools and knowledge they need to support employee wellbeing, enhance performance and foster environments where mental health is valued and prioritised.
Di is committed to helping workplaces and communities thrive through increased understanding, awareness and proactive mental health support.

Stuart brings more than 24 years of local and international experience in designing and delivering organisational development initiatives. Known for his engaging, inclusive and highly practical facilitation style, he combines deep expertise in leadership, coaching and psychotherapy to create meaningful learning experiences tailored for modern workplaces.
As a Wellbeing Specialist and Principal Master Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor, Stuart delivers courses and presentations that build awareness, capability and confidence in supporting mental health at work. His programs are designed to help participants:
*Better understand mental health issues
*Communicate with greater confidence and clarity
*Support colleagues and employees effectively
*Strengthen individual and organisational mental fitness
Throughout his career in both Australia and the UK, Stuart has collaborated with many leading training organisations. He is now a proud member of the Mindseye Training and Consulting team—an organisation he values for its focus on delivering high-quality training and achieving genuine, positive outcomes for participants and workplaces.

Michael oversees the entire lifecycle of our programs to ensure all components run smoothly and on time.
His professional background spans various roles, enabling him to develop a diverse range of skillsets to support the Mindseye clients and team. This experience includes the military, customer service, and the banking industry, where he spent seven years as a trainer honing his skills in communication and education.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation, Michael is responsible for many of our smooth and efficient processes that create an optimal client experience.
