What is Mental Health First Aid?
Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognised, evidence-based course which provides your employees, managers and leaders the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations. It has been proven to increase knowledge, early intervention, and reduce stigma within the workplace.
Participants are able to gain a nationally recognised certification for three years as an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
Delivery includes Face to Face, Blended (eLearning and Face to Face) and fully online modalities. Delivered locally in Adelaide at workplaces Nationally or bringing teams together online.
Who is it For?
Anyone who wishes to raise the level of awareness of mental health issues in the workplace, reduce psychological risk and create a safe and supportive work environment. We are able to tailor the course skills practice to suit every level and workplace industry.
