Our Mental Health First Aid Adelaide course provides help in a crisis if someone has a mental health problem or is at risk of developing one. The course teaches people how to recognize the signs of mental illness and what they should do when faced with someone who may be suffering from it.
Mental Health First Aid in Adelaide is a nationally recognised, evidence-based course which provides your employees, managers and leaders the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations. It has been proven to increase knowledge, early intervention, and reduce stigma within the workplace.
Participants are able to gain a nationally recognised certification for three years as an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
Delivery includes Face to Face, Blended (eLearning and Face to Face) and fully online modalities. Delivered locally in Adelaide at workplaces Nationally or bringing teams together online.
